I lost my data. Where is the backup?

We are sorry for this situation, but our services are self-managed and back-ups are the responsibility of the user. We do offer backup FTP space, for free (10 GB) or more paid or as part of a premium plan, such as the Biz ones.
When you contact us about the back-ups, first, please make sure you have one of the Biz Services on which we keep weekly backups.
Second, open a ticket and ask for the status of the backup (when was taken).
Third, ask us to restore it.
Please note:
1. Unless it was a node error (raid card failure, multiple disks failure), there will be a fee associated with it. If the cause was a node error (which we duly publish in various places) you do not need to contact us, will restore the backup as soon as possible.
2. If you had one of the budget services (mostly non Biz ones), we do not keep backup for them. We offer free FTP storage space for everyone so they can back up their data, Biz users even get more.
3. Please remember to take backups if your data is important to you. We have various articles in our boards about this issue, if you took no backups and you do not run on one of our premium plans, your data is lost forever.
